At the Finlandia hall
They played with fire balls
Then we streamed inside the walls
To the tables set for us all
Our outfits with animal figures
Had pretty shapes and pictures
A lot was on our minds
Talks of many kinds
Vappu Pimiä in her fair skin
Was a beautiful Finn
She spoke to us on stage
With a happy face
She was nice to see and hear
I was quite near
After a moment of fun
She called the president up front
Ritva with her kitty bag
Tried to make us sad
Then she praised our work
Without a perk
She told us to study quality
And respond with purity
The kitty on her shoulder was funny
And Vappu wanted a bunny
What a blast
We got food so fast
Just a short line
And the dinner was divine
So tender was the lamb
And good was the ham
Such heavenly food
Put us into a good mood
Pretty female cabaret dancers
Were the answers
To our artistic needs
If you know what I mean
What can I say?
The audience was mostly female
Maybe a group of dancing boys
Would have been a better choice
The music was loud
And we had to shout
It was nice to dance
Even without a romance

We Danced at Bank
Friday night we danced at Bank
A restaurant of high rank
But let's go back to the start
The line to the cloakroom was art
I'm not even able
Live rock was rolling in the hall
With the rhythm sinking into us all
We enjoyed the singer's voice
And see how the Christmas party moved our hearts
The line to the cloakroom was art
Our zigzag was quite smart
We shook Ritva's and Teemu's hands by the door
With the punch we walked to our tables on the floor
The president opened the show
The president opened the show
Explaining the one-year-old toddler's way to go
The festivity began
And we saw the magic man
The magician drank some beer
Counting the cards in the pack without fear
He played with balloons with one in his nose
The assistant on stage looked like a lily or rose
Later he played with a piece of string like a king
It was a magic rope, or how did he fake it?
It's hard to know how he could make it
Was it one or two or what did he do?
He made some loops
They disappeared just like "oops"
Very well he used his hands and fingers
Before we heard the singers
I'm not even able
To describe the gourmet on the table
You can seldom eat such heavenly food
I sent thanks to the kitchen in a good mood
Pola Ivanka
From Finland, not Sri Lanka
Sang the ladies to the stage
Some of her words slipped down below the waist
Pola's Tipitii was vibrant and brilliant
With Marion's "s" so sibilant
I don't recall what she sang in Lea's role
But then she switched to adult Paula's mode
The child of the earth
Was on a search
When Pola began to imitate Katri-Helena
In the musical arena
The audience did applaud
Whenever Pola had a pause
I even made some Indian sound
You heard it if you were around
Live rock was rolling in the hall
With the rhythm sinking into us all
We enjoyed the singer's voice
And the band made the dancers rejoice
The almost one-year-old did very well
Giving us a Christmas party so swell
Thanks to all who made this possible
For giving us a party hardly vincible
