Eat Fat

Eat fat
You won't get fat
Unless you crave for carbohydrates
And sugar makes you gyrate

Your taste will develop
Your wellness will gallop
You will like your waist and hip
And your jeans will fit

Carbs in Control

Fourth day when my carbs are low
I feel whole, like a new soul
My body in a flow
With the carbs in control

I am keen
To eat fat and protein
The best of me
Is yet to be seen

Thank You for Yesterday

I would like to say
Thank you so much for yesterday
It was great to see you
And the lamb did the trick, too
We had a lot of fun
We even saw my son
When he came to get the car
And we ate Easter dessert from a jar

Healthy Restaurant Food

With my head tilted towards the screen
I was rather keen
To read about grease
In restaurant meals

They still contain a lot of fat
And our stomachs don't stay flat
Our veins get calcified
In a way, they get sacrificed

Give us healthy restaurant food
To keep us in a good mood
And make it appealing
To provide a good feeling

Create a concept that's not stealthy
Give us something good and healthy
Something delicious
And still nutritious

Such Pigs

They found some pig farms
With many big harms
People can be beasts
In order to have their feasts

Some people think of the pig only as pork
And what it would taste on their fork
But if you're not kind to the pig
Your mistake is big

Mad Meat Pollution

It seems that when I use my fork
To eat beef and pork
I pollute more than a car
Would this claim go too far?

Is it time to wake?
One kilogram of steak
Is like a three-hour drive
Plus the house lights on at the same time

And this is not a myth
Of greenhouse gasses one fifth
Comes from meat production
Let alone water pollution

Are we taking a bite of the rain forest
When we eat a slice of meat, in honest?
Are we crazier than the mad cow?
What should we do right now?

Is this ignorance or badness?
Should we stop this madness?
How much more can we allow?
Who could set the example, and how?
