Our Structures Aren't Like Dreams

Man is a genius
Smart and ingenious
The carbon cycle we know
And the plate movement below
This maintains life
No surprise

The globe was not designed, in fact
To keep our constructions intact
Our structures aren't like dreams
They don't last, it seems
We don't have the luxury
To get away without some injury

And now man, this genius
Gets smart and ingenious
Building nuclear power plants
Vulnerable like hills of ants
When nature shows its might
We have lost the fight
