My Vespa Trip

The Yyteri beach and the Mäntyluoto windmills
In the town of Pori gave me the chills

I admired the scenery

Riding my Vespa through nature's art gallery

I rode forth

To Kristiinankapunki further north

Spent four days at the summer home

Where it was hotter than in Rome

I visited the town of Kaskinen

A nice little coastal haven

Met with other scooter riders

Rode back down to Kristiina in a line of bikers

The golden spruce in Isojoki, my home town

Was beautiful from top to down

In Honkajoki I checked my former high school

In Kankaanpää I had a snack in the afternoon

In Tampere I had dinner alright

In Orivesi I stayed at night

The warm water in the lake was nice

Not like in the winter with ice

I rode around Lake Päijänne the following day

And pondered on my way

Whether to go back home

To Helsinki, my comfort zone
